Abhac Shoes is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction hence we provide 7 days product replacement policy.
The 7 day interval starts from date of product pick-up with grace period of +3 days for distant location and delivery delays. For exceptional cases, we would reach out to customer and arrange scheduling as per discussion.
Please note that during pickup product would be checked for following conditions,
- Product should be correct as mentioned in the bill.
- Bill must be available.
- Product must not be used.
- Product must not be damaged.
Our representative can refuse to accept returned product if one or more above-mentioned conditions are not met. Refund would be initiated once the product reaches Abhacshoes office.
